Feature : Digitally signing the binary

Would avoid security dialogs in windows.

This is unlikely since codesigning is dependant on some kind of annual subscription with a signing authority, as I understand it. I would accept pull requests from anyone that has a different and effective approach, but it looks unlikely.

For now this is beyond the scope of this project.
