Determine standards for guest posts

If we're going to take 3rd party posts in our blog, we should first organize what we find is acceptable, and what is not. At a bare minimum, all posts should respect the code of conduct, but what else should we have? Are there any other examples of a community blog like this we can look into?

Well, the idea was to keep this as a curated venue. We will stay the editing team and set the standards.

So, I would expect that case where we ask people to publish here as more common then the other way around.

I know of no other similar blogs.
