Improve discoverability by showing similar crates

Hi!

When browsing a crate, it’s often hard to tell if there’s a more popular or widely used alternative available. I usually end up switching to Perplexity or ChatGPT to search for similar crates.

Proposal
On a crate’s landing page, we could display similar crates ranked by popularity—using dependents and downloads as metrics—so users can quickly discover alternatives without leaving the site.
