Summary

Invite @Felienne to discuss her experiences in research-based approaches to language designing, assessing learnability, etc. This part could perhaps be recorded and posted to YouTube, since it would be of general interest.

Also, if it works for them, have @joshtriplett and @samsartor prepare (as a sort of case study) their thoughts on evaluating Positional Associated Types (#126).

About this issue

This issue corresponds to a lang-team design meeting proposal. It corresponds
to a possible topic of discussion that may be scheduled for deeper discussion
during one of our design meetings.
