This pull-request contains all the changes made to move the API Access of RequirementsBazaar and GitHub from the Backend to the Frontend. Therefore, it contains the necessary updated data structures as well as their generalization. So now the issues among other things are directly called in the Frontend and converted into the generic issue and user types to be represented in the application.
It also comprises all changes from the pull-request #578 updating the API calls from the Rest-API to the i5 Toolkit calls and thus, that pull-request is no longer necessary. Only the two post calls are still using the Rest-API as they do not yet work with the i5 Toolkit.
