Message: Ensure spread value is always an array (bugfix)

or else simple FormattedText was output as individual characters
(`“t””h””i””s”`). Added some test to prevent this as well as ensuring
the proper structure of Replaced Elements.

Borrowed alwaysArray from Globalizejs.
