Not compatible with Folia 1.21.11

Describe the bug

The plugin is not marked as supporting Folia. I added folia-supported: true to the paper-plugin.yml to see if it only needed that, and it gave me this log. It did not work.

Steps to reproduce

Folia 1.21.11
Pl3xMapExtras version 1.21.8-c0cbaa9

Additional context

On the modrinth page it does say 1.21.8 and 1.21.10 are supported (not necessarily 1.21.11), however the plugin runs fine on a 1.21.11 Paper server, but it does not run on a 1.21.11 Folia server and I can't imagine that it'd run on a 1.21.8 Folia server either since it doesn't have folia-supported: true to begin with.
Edit: I tried it on 1.21.8 Folia and it also did not work.
