Consider changing project type to Student Mod

Ask for input from Lia/Nate/Jeff. Do we want to limit student submissions by their current module or when the project was created? Last demo night some students in M4 submitted M3 projects and labeled them as such. Seems as though the intended behavior is for M4 students to participate regardless of when they created the project they wish to submit, but defer to Lia/Nate/Jeff.
