As we are missing a PM we are working in a very short time planning. The team would like to scratch a long term vision, based in internal/external feedback. Some devs still fail to integrate with us or to keep the integration working after some time, so we need to ensure that we provide enough docs. Also we would like to explore other implementations that could make it easier to integrate with us
What is your hypothesis?
If we make it easier to keep the integration for Safe Apps, more devs would like to integrate with us. We need to check why some external projects don't keep the SDK version updated. Also we need to explore other kind of integrations outside web3 based ones. For that we need time to research.
What value does this bring to our customer and/or our mission? What is the goal?
The more easy to integrate with the Safe, the more dApps will be willing to do
How do we measure it?
We would like to take a document sketching a long term vision
Overview
We are lacking some time to get strategic goals for the team. As we don't have PM, we get some ideas from different sources but we would like to analyze, agregate and create a full proposal.
Will take different views from documents that were shared with me, open issues that we have on SDK and Safe Apps repo and try to get a long term vision for Safe Apps and integrations
Rough Scoping & Timeline
We need to gather all existing information spread accross many documents.
We need to create a list with all analytics resources that we currently have for Safe Apps
We need to create boards that aggregate Google analytics information regarding SDK usage
Need to review current public documentation
Risk(s), Key Trade Offs & Decisions
Solution for this problem statement is complex to define, as there is no explicit solution to mark this as resolved
We will need to schedule different meetings with the team and regular checks with management and probably other PMs. Not hard dependency but some sync dependency to get early feedback
