prefers-color-scheme: dark である → dark / でない → light って感じかなぁ

行うこと

Client, Common.Scripts
- デバイスがダークモードであるかを判別するスクリプトを追加する
Client, Settings.Theme
- デバイスのカラースキームと同期するスイッチを追加する
Client, init
- デバイスのカラースキームと同期してテーマを変える実装を追加する
i18n
- ロケールファイルに「デバイスのカラースキームと同期する」の表記内容を追加する

以下，追加有りましたらどうぞ
移植したほうが早いかもしれないので，その時は別に書きます
