This is an extension to #2206, to make it more obvious whether you're looking at a plate that is going down just the gene expression pathway or also the CITE-seq pathway.

Consider if these features can be featured flagged to decouple testing and deployment.
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• Display an info box on the plate page of 'LRC GEM-X 5p GEMs Input CS' plates to remind users to use the CITE-seq-compatible primer (exact wording TBC). This could be modelled on the existing yellow warning boxes, but be blue (for 'info') instead.
