Y25-102 - Barcode label printing for Limber

User story

As PSD, we would like to migrate the barcode label printing from Limber to the unified architecture described in Understanding Label Printing to reduce errors and increase maintainability of barcode label printing.

Acceptance criteria

Consider if these features can be featured flagged to decouple testing and deployment.
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• Implement the described future architecture for Limber, specifically
• Use PMB v2 directly (remove the PMB client gem)
• Use PMB for Sprint jobs (remove Sprint client)
• Use only the templates in sprint role in the deployment project, because they are deployed to PMB and Limber project directory will not have separate copies
• Remove Sprint role from Limber's deployment playbook, because Sprint service will not be accessed directly
• Add label template names to Limbers deployment config
• Show error messages returned from PMB (and indirectly Sprint) response
