As a user of Sequencescape, I would like the ability to print 2D barcodes for the tubes after generating a tube manifest.
Benefits:
Unifies barcodes printed by Sequencescape and Traction - solves a data continuity issue where the ean13 ('machine') version of the barcode was scanned into LabWhere via Sequencescape, and then the human-readable ('NT') version of the barcode was scanned in via Traction, leading to the location tracking being split between the two barcodes.
Unifies barcodes printed by Sequencescape and Traction - the Long Read team will no longer have to reprint barcodes and stick a second label on the tube.
Should improve an issue where customers had trouble sticking the 1D barcode labels onto the tubes correctly.
Removes the need to have the confusing split between machine/human-readable barcodes, that was necessary due to the NT barcodes being too long to print on tubes.

Find an SSR volunteer. There will need to be some comms about the new feature, that they can hopefully help coordinate.
Acceptance criteria
Consider if these features can be featured flagged to decouple testing and deployment.
To be considered successful the solution must allow:
Tube manifest pages to allow the user to select whether they want to print 1D or 2D barcodes. 1D can remain the default for now, as this is a 'soft launch', and process changes will need to accompany it.
Same 2D barcode template can be used as is used in Traction - consider how to use the lines of text to make it contain the same information as the 1D template.
Q. Squix only, or Toshiba too?
Additional context
No need to add the option to the 'vanilla' page (/sdb/sample_manifests/new, with no URL parameters), as that seems to only show Plate purposes anyway, not tubes.

There will be further stories to extend this feature to other printing pages in Sequencescape, and to Limber.
Danni has told us that 2D barcode scanners have been bought for all labs recently (last few weeks). 2D barcodes for plates is a different conversation, as some robots scan barcodes and may not support 2D.
