In the Spanish dictionary of RAE, it exists the verb "molturar" and the name of action "molturación", which refers to the part of making a paste out of olives, to be pressed to extract oil. After the "molturación" there is the "prensado" or "molienda", a term that normally refers to the complete process of making olive oil. "Molturación" is just the first part of the process.
