scala3-library javadoc contains duplicated scala-library documentation #24807
Description
For 3.8.0-RC3 and 3.8.1 nightlies scala3-library contains a Scaladoc of scala-library so the same documention is available in two jars.
scala3-library javadoc should be empty, it should only contain META-* files and pom.xml
The issue arises from delagating doc to scala-library-bootstrapped / doc
I know how to fix it, but I'd prefer to have #24785 merged before doing that
