Support Typst raw blocks

This is a feature request, not an issue, so I've removed the required sections as they don't apply to this case.

All the cool kids are using Typst for writing their books and stuff. It's like Latex but has a language that's not stuck in 1978. Amazing.

Typst supports raw blocks with the same syntax as Markdown code fences. It would be handy if scalafmt could format these blocks in the same way it formats Markdown.

I think this could reuse the same code path as Markdown, with a few changes (e.g. an addition to FileOps to recognize the .typ extension.)

Is this of interest to scalafmt?

here are my thoughts on this:

• scalafmt depends on mdoc to parse markup
  • hence, we need a typst parser written in scala
• markup has a reasonably-sized user base
  • typst, according to you, replaces TeX and is thus for scientific typesetting purposes
  • intersection of "i need to write e=mc^2 for journal/conference submission" and "i need to write FP" (examples in documentation, let's say) is rather small, although perhaps there are cases i am not thinking of
  • is "all the cool kids" larger than, say, 100 when it comes to using it with scalafmt?
