描述遇到的情况清晰且简洁地描述情况是什么。

无法同时关闭“是否拖曳标签组”和“是否拖曳标签”
拖曳标签组或者标签时，无法滚动页面，导致只能在当前页面可见范围拖动
清空回收站后仍然显示有占用空间情况
