Error loading sherpa in IE

Hi,

When I use steal.plugins('ss/router/subscribe') I get an error when loading sherpa.js:
Unknown property or method for this object: sherpa.js, line 335, token 9
(this is probably not the correct errormessage as it is translated from Dutch)

Is this issue likely to be resolved in the future?

I found a fix for this problem on the Sherpa site
joshbuddy/sherpa#4

After patching, I get the following error.

I suspect upgrading sherpa might fix the problem. I tried to but it gave me new errors.
