Is there a way to allow two different users to make a request for the same media?

Context: I want to use tags to filter media in Jellyfin (based on this blog post). When I make a request, I add a tag to the media in Sonarr—but if another user makes the same request, it would just add the tag again (or potentially overwrite it).
