Ask for a single season

Since a few month, friends of mine can't ask for a single season, if the want a TV series, it's every season or nothing.
This create issues because I only limited for a few seasons per week so for series with a lot of season, they just can't have them.
I remember that we could do this before, maybe I misconfigured something since or maybe it's an update, if so is it wanted ?
