Deleted ROIs appear in the exported mask

Hi,

I think I noticed a little bug. When we delete ROIs from the ROI manager (because of bad segmentations of SamJ for instance), they still appear in the exported mask.

Hi both,
I was going to open the same issue. Always forced to restart the annotation from scratch when one mask must be deleted! Let us now when you managed to fix it @carlosuc3m 😄

Also remember that ctrl+z and ctrl+y are available to quickly delete unwanted rois!
