Till Last Month I was selfhosting from Raspberry PI 4B 8GB and some of the free cloud services like oracle and azure using student credits. I had WD External Drive 2TB which I use all the backups of personal photos and video also container configuration and volume data. Also I configured BorgBackup in incremental and encrypted of my laptop and raspberrypi to same harddrive. It had all my project in git version through Gitea server. But lastweek when I was moving the RapsberryPi and cleaning I dropped the harddrive from height like 4 to 5 feet, it slipped from hands. Now HardDisk is dead but it detects but can't read or write since volume and partition failure. Sadly since it has personal files I haven't given for repair or service.
So now badly need some harddrive for backup and thinking to follow 321 backup plans. I have been inspired from selfhosted podcast for a year now and I am from Maryland College park, pursing my Masters.
