Merge current version with the FM model branch

Some noticed differences:
in experanto/utils.py

1. random states should be returned as deep copies to avoid modification by reference
2. FastSessionDataLoader missed _get_next_batch
3. current FM model requires numpy==1.26.4 and opencv-python==4.8.0.74 - see how we solve that...
