fix: sync the package version in uv.lock to 0.34.0

release-please bumps the manifest, the changelog and the version constant,
but not uv.lock — that file is only refreshed by a full generate, and no
generate has completed since the 0.34.0 release on 2026-08-17. So the SDK
has been shipping 0.34.0 while reporting 0.33.0.

This is the value the current generator produces for uv.lock; taking it here
makes the repo self-consistent and lets the next stlc build seal cleanly.
