Adding missing Garritan and Versilian instruments (#46)

* Update authors.yml

Adding Garritan

* Update instruments.yml

Adding all current Garritan products, missing Versilian products that use sfz, and also moving a marimba from keyboards to percussion.

* Update instruments.yml

Fixing missing quote causing parser to fail.

* Update instruments.yml
