Improve Wallet Selector for Agent #196

Currently when connecting to the Agent, a ton of wallet options come up, but with no real way to figure out what wallet you had connected to last.
- Obviously prioritize ShapeShift's Wallet
- Pin/Favorite wallets and keep those at the top
- Remember last used wallet type
Not sure how customizable this modal is that have control over with it being a service we are using from Dynamic, but if we can do any of the above options, that would be a step in the right direction.
