Custom receive eth address in Ledger confirms ledger eth address on device

Overview

When entering a custom receive eth address with ledger, it will ask to confirm the eth address and show the ledger eth address. On completing the trade it does send the funds to the manually entered eth address. Its also confirmed on the ledger itself when reviewing the transaction before broadcasting

Acceptance Criteria

Should we be able to display the custom eth address when verifying addresses or maybe skip this step?

We should not show a confirmation for the receive address if a custom address is entered. Further, there is another bug where we show the RUNE address twice.
