fme-jsconsole-model.xml had utf-8 BOM

when I started Alfresco with the javascript console, it crashed.

It turned out that the software could not read the fme-jsconsole-model.xml file because it had the utf-8 BOM marker at the beginning of the file.

Removed it, and then it was ok.
