This repository provides software only.

The authors and contributors:

  • Do not operate any circumvention services
  • Do not distribute access credentials
  • Do not manage users or clients
  • Do not offer connectivity, routing, proxying, or tunneling services

Any deployment, operation, or usage of this software is performed entirely by third parties, at their own discretion and responsibility.

3. No Jurisdiction-Specific Targeting

This project is not designed, marketed, or intended for use in any specific country, jurisdiction, or political context.

No part of this project is targeted at bypassing any particular government system, regulation, restriction, or policy.
