Add New "Web Crawling" Guide To Web Scraping Section

I would like to add a Web Crawling guide to the newly created Web Scraping section. Web Crawling is an essential element of Web Scraping and will help add valuable knowledge to the new section. The basics have been covered in the new Web Scraping section and it is time to dive into slightly deeper and more complex topics/tools related to Web Scraping.

I am ready and willing to begin working on this new Web Crawling guide. When it is complete, I will submit it as a pull request for review.
