Traditional Chinese Translation for Documentation #807

Hi, I'm a computer science undergraduate from Taiwan, and this is my first open-source contribution to the project.
I noticed that a Traditional Chinese version of the README hasn't been created yet. To get started, I'd love to help by translating some of the documentation files—beginning with computer_science/Data Types/readme.md.
Would it be alright to proceed with this?
