Front Page: Support for Major Events

Problem Description

Big events such as MinerLAN and MegaMiner AI need a section on the front page for better advertisement.

Proposed / Possible Solution

Creating a section on the Front Page which ~1 month before a Major Event, which will be quantified how that is determined later, a section on the Front Page is dedicated to that event. If there is no Major Event, this section will be ignored. Something like:

This will be located as the first section on the page, located below the header.
