The import proces fails due to 30 character category name limit

I've been testing the plugin and there is a problem with category names that exceeds 30 characters on the name when creating the new categories.

I think that is a mistake to consider new categories from resume task on the xml file. To avoid this situation I've updated the plugin to only show the existing categories on redmine project with blank for default value on the selector.

Now, I can import all tasks from any xml import without worry about reaching this limit.
