Import actin coordinates from tomography data and visualize and calculate metrics

Use the data found in https://github.com/RangamaniLabUCSD/actincme (data folder)

• visualize in simularium
• run PCA on all the coordinates
• on a subset of the coordinates (e.g. all unbranched actin filaments)
• put on the same PCA or PACMAP plot as the simulated readdy & cytosim simulations

This issue is the same as this issue our Roam graph. The title also includes a second issue, which is to calculate the filament metrics (non-coplanarity, etc) on the tomography data
