[BUG] Unable to save telegram configuration

Unable to save telegram configuration after upgrading from v0.2.3 to v0.2.4, always says "Bot Token" field is required.

After execution it is still not possible to edit the telegram information in the webui, same: always says "Bot Token" field is required.
