TIDAL and Apple Music support

Been loving DisTube lately for a bot I'm working on. Would love to see support for TIDAL and Apple Music as well. I know those are hard to implement as TIDAL doesn't offer an official API. I'm not sure how Apple Music works, however. I'm sure it is possible to implement since I've seen it in other bots. Any future support for those two services would be AWESOME!

I'd made tidal and deezer plugin. But they're outdated. I've currently not much time to update it. A pull request with necessary changes will be appreciated.
And I'll make apple-music plugin soon
