	* README.markdown, manifests/self_signed_certificate.pp: Store
	certificates in /etc/ssl instead of /etc/ssl/certs, since that
	directory is reserved for CA certs on Debian, cf. Debian bug
	#608719.
	* Modulefile, metadata.json: Increase version number to 0.1.1.
