HTTPProxy (Courier CRD) in Topology

In Headlamp Map, once we select 'Custom Resources', CRs such as Courier's HTTPProxy are visible.

In Radar, such CRs don't show up in Topology. It would be a useful feature to get such CRs in the Topology view. Thanks!

Hey @plain-prinia thanks for the suggestion. Added support for Contour in v1.2.0, please try it out and let me know if you spot any gaps!
