read through every ron
make fitness function independent, but able to "scan" for things which it needs to judge fitness (gotten through tags)
add input output for neurons and synpases
add other body types
add other environments
add pruning ect to neurons and synapses
To Do Today: Day 11
- Allow user to add a prototype to director to test that prototype. (Made in Hour 1, from 12 to 1)
- Make subnet neurons (Making now, should get food though soon)
- Turning bot (Made in two house, from 1 to 3)
To Do Today: Day 12
- Finish subnets (Done)
- Make DistanceSensors (Done)
- Make Subnets (Done)
- Make Moving Stage (Done)
- Make Visualizers
Larger Goals
Make the program user friendly so people don't have to go through the editor to do things
Make the program clearer and have error checking more
Make videos of the program
Visualizer in net function, in a displayNet() method.
Change color of net depending on input value
change color of synapses depending on connected neuron value, modified by the synapse.
At each neuron fire update the display
foreach neuron have a neuronImage whose color is updated everytime the neuron fires.
We have a displayImage and a color image. Color image is called everytime we update, display image makes all of the things and populates the neuronDisplay class when it's called by hitting a bottom, but if it's destroyed it destorys itself. Pruning a synapse causes it to be destroyed, same with a neuron, it's marked for destruction.
(Draw Image is in director update. If the image is null but the bool is true, draw the image)
(The image itself is in the neuralnet class)
(Image is updated whenever a neuron fires)
send in a neuron display function to a
Add growth tags to everything which will allow different bodies to be randomly grown.
If one net has been dominant for over 25 generations, wipe out the rest of the nets and randomize them heavily from the net that was doing well
make a way for units to be destroyed easily and without hassle, make a way for modules to be destroyed easily and without hassle.
Do this tomorrow
Add animator type to descriptions, if stuff doesn't
Move all globals from globals to inside relevant scripts
