Request: Compile with ncurses for terminal of dedicated server

Hello,
I am running a dedicated server in my LAN, and it would be nice to be able to use the built-in ncurses terminal.
Using the parameter --terminal with the Minetest snap, I see this error:
ERROR[Main]: Cmd arg --terminal passed, but compiled without ncurses. Ignoring.

If possible, it would be handy. Thanks!

I have the same error on Windows.
