标题：Debug #(十六进制编号) 日期[yyyy/dd/mm]
Bug分支：xxxxx
Bug文件：xxxxx
Bug函数：xxxxx（有多个就以逗号隔开，不要换行）
Bug描述：xxxxx（请给出详细描述或一眼就能看懂的描述）
解决方案：xxxxx

以下是一个示例
标题：Debug #0x00001 [2022/1/1]
Bug分支：v0.0.1
Bug文件：src/test.c
Bug函数：encrypt
Bug描述：内存溢出
解决方案：请检查指针或内存分配
