Each craft I've put this wheel one has immediately launched the craft up in the air.
Take it off and put other wheels and the craft is fine, starts on the ground like normal.
I'm running KSP 1.12.4 and reinstalled the mod.
Not sure what files you might want or need... but wanted to report the issue.
