Pixi infrastructure is now officially supported

Since the merge of #5252, you can download and build sofa in only three steps without any environment installation :

• Clone SOFA : https://github.com/sofa-framework/sofa 📥
• Install pixi : https://pixi.prefix.dev/latest/installation/ ⚙️
• Launch the build : run pixi run -e supported-plugins build in the sofa source folder 🚀
