[Lang tour] Processes & OTP

The plan for the next Lang Tour release is to focus on processes and OTP. We're going to cover the rest of the processes chapter of Getting Started and most of the Mix & OTP section - without the part about Mix, that is:

• Links & Monitors
• Agents
• Tasks
• GenServers
• Supervisors & supervision trees
• Dynamic supervisors
• Registry

Dependencies

• For the Task module to work, we need Implement process aliasing and erlang:monitor/3 #153 or some non-trivial hacking
