Add term rename and delete support for glossary #5
Description
renaming terms is a must because we need this for adding context
information to exiting terms.
Context information is part of the term not of the translation.
Example:
Old term: manager
New term: manager (file)
Translation: manager de fisiere
Also there are terms that we should be able to delete term. Delete should
be allowed only for admins.
We do not need backups because the text database is saved in subversion.
