add a command to easily open the docs website for each of the tools that mucho is aware of

  • mucho docs - opens the mucho docs
  • mucho docs solana - solana.com/docs
  • etc

minimal docs website to support:

  • all the tools that are installed
  • metaplex
  • others?

Hi @nickfrosty , added a PR for this. Currently, all tools are listed individually on help command - would grouping them by category make it better?

I’d appreciate it if you could review this as a draft and provide your thoughts!
