"about" page doesn't need to refresh

@Punyaslok has [noticed that the about page has also the auto refresh](https://riot.im/app/#/room/!MeRdFpEonLoCwhoHeT:matrix.org/$1490863039749220dnQTC:matrix.org) - I'm sure that other pages that doesn't need it has it too because it's in [all the headers](https://github.com/solarmonitor/solarmonitorphp/blob/7958216890993e8e7e940519992ec8d1ddcad1ec/website/write_header.php#L30).
