Allow us to explicitly set the data type for a set of bytes #270
Description
Situation; parsing over a file manually using private variables, and can't know what data type I'm dealing with up-front so will need to set it after. Having a method available for binary-templates to set the data type for a set of bytes would be really helpful in these situations.
Because there are so many possible types, I can foresee this being a little awkward, but ideally it'd be great if all those available in Rehex's context menu were available here.
