EHR codes for CT

Thanks for your efforts!

I would like to identify the CT acquisition date from EHR data. I cross-referenced the OMOP "Procedure" table with the OHDSI vocabulary concept.csv and identified the following codes:

ICD9Proc/87.41
ICD9Proc/88.01

Unfortunately, this only yields a fraction of the actual CT scans. Could you advise on which codes and tables to use to locate CT scans in the EHR?

Hi unfortunately we can't release the CT acquisition date (for lack of IRB approval on DICOM metadata + high uncertainty on finding the real dates in legacy data). We do however intend to release a metadata file to indicate the ordering date of the CT which is the prediction time that we used in the paper. We will release that in AIMI website very soon so stay tuned

Patient age at scan (in years) would also be helpful, but I guess has the same issue?

You can calculate the age once we can release the ordering date time. That should be reliable
