Missing inspect_cohort.csv

Hi, I downloaded INSPECT images from https://stanfordaimi.azurewebsites.net/datasets/318f3464-c4b6-4006-9856-6f48ba40ad67, but I was unable to locate the inspect_cohort.csv file referenced in the paper. Could you please direct me to where I can find this file or provide any guidance on accessing it?

Hi, I’m currently trying to run some experiments with INSPECT, but I’m unable to proceed without the inspect_cohort.csv file.
